1. Order Processing Time
At JOYJUNGLE SDN. BHD. We aim to process all orders within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Once your order is confirmed and payment is received, we begin packing and preparing your toys for delivery.
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email along with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across Peninsular Malaysia, Sabah, and Sarawak using reliable courier services to ensure your toys arrive safely and on time.
For international orders, shipping is handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us before placing an order outside Malaysia to confirm delivery options, shipping fees, and item availability.
3. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

4. Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, we’ll send a tracking number and link via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your parcel in real time.

5. Delivery Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Courier disruptions
- Festive seasons and public holidays
- Remote delivery areas
- Weather conditions
- Customs clearance (for international orders)
JOYJUNGLE SDN. BHD. is not liable for these delays, but we’ll assist you in tracking and resolving any delivery issues with the courier.
6. Damaged or Lost Packages
All orders are packed with care to prevent damage. However, if your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please:
- Inspect your parcel upon delivery
- Contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label
If eligible, we will offer a replacement, refund, or file a claim with the courier.
Note: JOYJUNGLE SDN. BHD. is not responsible for lost or stolen parcels that have been marked as “delivered” by the courier. Ensure your shipping address and contact info are accurate before placing your order.
7. Self-Collection (By Appointment Only)
Self-collection is available by appointment only from our location in Kuala Lumpur. Please contact us in advance to schedule your pickup. Walk-ins may not be accommodated.
8. International Shipping (Customs & Duties)
For international orders, the buyer is fully responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
Joy Jungle is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by customs processing
- Additional fees from customs or local authorities
- Items rejected or held by customs
