At JOYJUNGLE SDN. BHD. We want every order to bring joy and satisfaction. While we take care to ensure all products are delivered in perfect condition, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned.

2. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return if the following conditions are met:
- You contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The item is unused, in its original packaging, and in sellable condition.
- All accessories, manuals, tags, and packaging are included and undamaged.
- A valid proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is provided.
Joy Jungle reserves the right to reject returns that do not meet these criteria.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Used, played-with, or opened toys
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper storage
- Products marked final sale, clearance, or part of special promotional campaigns
- Returns without original packaging or without proof of purchase

4. Return Process

- Your order number
- The reason for return
- Clear photos or videos of the item (if relevant)
Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps. If approved, you must return the item within 5 business days at your own shipping cost using a trackable courier.
JOYJUNGLE SDN. BHD. is not responsible for lost return shipments.
5. Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 3–5 business days. If the item meets our return conditions, we will issue:
- A refund to your original payment method
- Or a replacement (subject to availability)
Refunds may take a few business days to appear depending on your payment provider.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
